These Terms and Conditions apply to holidays and services arranged by Holiday Edits. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.

Quotations and prices

• Prices on the website are indicative and may change until a booking is confirmed.
• Your quotation will list exactly what is included and excluded.
• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, taxes or supplier price changes before confirmation.

Bookings and payments

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and the services are confirmed by suppliers.
• The balance must be paid by the date mentioned in your quotation or confirmation.
• Applicable taxes such as GST and TCS will be charged as per law.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, identity documents and any health requirements for your trip. Visa decisions rest with the relevant authorities.

Changes and itinerary

Itineraries may change due to weather, local conditions, supplier changes or events beyond our control. We will offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Liability

Holiday Edits acts as an intermediary between you and service providers such as hotels, airlines and transport operators. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of these independent suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
