Booking
How does Holiday Edits plan a holiday?
Tell us where you want to go (or that you have not decided yet), your dates, budget and travel style. We send a day-by-day plan with hotel options, then refine it with you until you are happy.
Do you only sell fixed packages?
No. The packages on this website are starting points. Every holiday can be customised — dates, hotels, duration, activities and room types.
How do I confirm a booking?
Once you approve the final itinerary and quotation, we share payment details and confirm your hotels and services. You receive confirmations and vouchers before you travel.
Payments
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on supplier policies. Please read our Cancellation Policy and the terms in your booking confirmation.
Pricing
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices shown are indicative starting prices. Final prices depend on travel dates, availability, hotel category and number of travellers, and are confirmed in your quotation.
Are flights included in the package price?
Flights are included only when listed under inclusions. We can add flights from your departure city on request.
Travel
Do you help with visas?
We can guide you on visa requirements and documentation for your destination. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or authority.
Can you plan honeymoons and family trips?
Yes. We plan honeymoons, family holidays, friends’ trips, solo trips and private group holidays, both in India and abroad.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included by default. We strongly recommend it for international holidays and can help you add a policy.
